“The Academy Way” requires student-athletes to mature by encouraging them to take responsibility for their learning and behavior, instilling values such as accountability, honesty, and self-reflection.
"The Academy Way" provides student-athletes with opportunities to work independently, collaborate with peers, and develop their leadership skills while teaching them how to manage their time, set goals, and prioritize their work.
"The Academy Way" emphasizes the importance of accountability, teaching students that their actions have consequences and that they are responsible for their successes and failures.
Student-athletes must be committed to hard work and believe that "good is not good enough" and that "average is not an option."
Parents must be committed to "THE ACADEMY WAY." They must be able to "let go" and trust the process.
"As parents, we discovered that [THE ACADEMY 3A] was the missing link in our children’s academic success."
Christie Morero
"Gino received academic scholarships from some of the top catholic schools in the state."
Joe Pampinella
"Max entered The Academy 3A a boy and came out a MAN."
Brian Kern
We believe in our students, and in turn, they believe in themselves.
Our students are far more than the labels the traditional educational system assigned them.
We remind our students with "learning disabilities" or "learning difficulties" that they are simply students who learn differently.
