our history

THE ACADEMY 3A was co-founded in 2020 by Jamie Edward Ciofalo and Omar Feliciano as a reclass program for wrestlers. From 2020 to 2024, the program was housed at Scorpions Wrestling School, Fairfield, NJ. The football program was added in 2023. 


THE ACADEMY 3A moved from Scorpions Wrestling School to Advanced Player Academy, https://advancedplayeracademy.com/, a 13,500 sq/ft indoor turf facility in Waldwick, NJ. At that time, it added baseball and rebranded accordingly.
